About the Project

We developed a cross-platform eCommerce management application for Joji&Co, aimed at centralizing processes and optimizing their online operations. The integration with Wix and DHL automated key functions, allowing Joji&Co to focus on growing their business.

The project involved the development of a custom eCommerce management application for Joji&Co, aimed at centralizing processes and optimizing their operations online. This application was seamlessly integrated with the Wix platform, facilitating store management and enhancing the user experience. Additionally, to expedite shipments, we integrated the DHL API to automate the creation of shipping guides, allowing the company to optimize its logistics. We also developed bulk AFIP export invoicing, to manage the entire end-to-end process within the same application.

The first phase of the project was based on an exhaustive survey of Joji&Co's current process. We identified areas for improvement and optimized workflows, as well as user interfaces. The goal was to reduce loading times and unnecessary movements between screens, as well as to automate administrative tasks, contributing to minimizing errors in operations.

One of the most significant achievements was a 40% improvement in the order fulfillment process. This optimization allowed Joji&Co to handle a larger volume of orders more efficiently, positively impacting their ability to meet global customer demand.

Challenge

The main challenge of the project was the implementation of a system that facilitated bulk invoicing, which was a critical point for complying with AFIP regulations. Additionally, effective monitoring of processes was needed to ensure that all operations functioned smoothly, quickly identifying any anomalies or failures in the workflow.

Solution

The implemented solution consisted of developing a fully customized application that not only integrated the necessary management and automation functions but also allowed for constant monitoring of the various processes. This approach not only helped Joji&Co comply with regulatory requirements but also improved overall operational efficiency.

Results

The application resulted in a notable reduction in loading times and an increase in process efficiency, achieving a 40% improvement in Order Fulfillment. Thanks to this optimization, Joji&Co was able to dedicate more time to strategic growth activities, while significantly reducing administrative errors.
